A total of forty guest rooms are available at The E. F. Lane Hotel. Guests may choose from four styles of rooms; Classic, Executive, Chairman Suites and our Two Level Chairman Suites. All guest rooms feature Queen or King beds, in addition some rooms have Queen size sofa beds.

The beauty and history of this building can be seen in each and every guest room.

As the comfort of our guests is our focus, all rooms feature; telephones, computer/fax modems, free secure high-speed wireless internet, individual temperature control, remote control televisions and private bathrooms.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
On leisure bookings & non contracted rooms, our cancellation policy is 10 days prior to arrival date. At the time of reservation a credit card deposit of 1 night is required to secure the room. If cancellation occurs within the 10 days, the full deposit will be the cancellation fee. Prior to 10 days a $40 administration charge will apply.

September 26th-October 25th - For this time period our cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival a $40 administration fee is kept. A deposit of $100 per person for Rooms and $200 per person for Suites is required on a credit card at the time of booking. Final balance will be charged to the credit card on file 15 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given within 30 days of arrival.
