ABOUT THE HOTEL

The E.F. Lane is the only hotel on Main Street in beautiful Downtown Keene, New Hampshire. This unique forty-room hotel opened in 2001 and is housed in a building with long standing traditions in Main Street's E.F. Lane Block. The E.F. Lane features uniquely styled accommodations to create a perfectly comfortable visit.

The building that houses the E.F. Lane Hotel was first constructed in 1891 by Elisha F. Lane. Until 1995 the building was home to the Goodnow Department Store, a Keene landmark for 100 years. Meticulous care and consideration was used to transform the building to the majestic structure that stands on Main Street today.
